Do customers need to download an app to order?
No. Customers just scan the QR code on the table with their phone camera and the menu opens instantly in their browser — no app download required.
Can I customise my menu website with my own brand?
Yes. You can upload your restaurant logo and set any primary color. The Premium plan also supports connecting your own custom domain.
How does the kitchen display work?
Kitchen Mode auto-refreshes every 4 seconds showing all pending and preparing orders. Staff can tap Start Preparing or Mark Complete directly on the screen.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All data is stored securely. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed and all forms use CSRF protection to prevent unauthorized requests.
Can I export my sales data?
Yes. From the Reports page you can export any date range as a CSV file with order ID, table, status, subtotal, VAT, total, and timestamp.
What payment methods are accepted?
